Though I'm not really the best person to advise you, the first question I'd ask is what kind of art do you want to be drawing? I mean obviously, if a lot of it is going to be digital, then go for the laptop. If not, the markers (I have no idea what the doll, or what it's is for).

But you're good with all sorts of mediums, so I'm sure it'll be fine either way.
